Who we are
Luxoriq Brands is the trade name of Abhimanyu Singh Chouhan, an Indian business operated as a proprietorship. Correspondence: hello@luxoriq.com. Customer care (telephone): +91 8306060669. Full business and tax details appear on the tax invoice issued with every order.
Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it and send you a confirmation. We may decline an order — for example, if a piece is unavailable, or if a price has been listed in error — and where we do, you are refunded in full.
Pricing and tax
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Where GST applies, it is shown at checkout, and a tax invoice is issued with every order.
Product representation
We describe colour, fit and construction as accurately as we can, and will not retouch photographs in a way that misrepresents them. Colour may still vary slightly between screens.
Intellectual property
The Luxoriq name, the crest, the wordmark and all content on this site belong to Luxoriq Brands. Trademark applications have been filed and are pending. The marks are used with ™.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that takes place under it.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell or reproduce our content, photography or designs without written permission.
Limitation
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, to the standard described. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control — courier disruption, natural events, or actions of authorities — though we will always tell you what is happening and resolve what we can.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
Orders, delivery and returns
Pieces are made to order. Delivery information is in our Shipping Policy, and returns, replacements and refunds are in our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
