Orders are dispatched within three to five business days of confirmation. You will receive tracking by email as soon as the parcel leaves us.
Delivery
Metro cities: three to five business days after dispatch.
Rest of India: five to eight business days after dispatch.
Shipping charge
Free on all orders above ₹999.
Orders below ₹999 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹50.

If something goes wrong
If a parcel is delayed beyond these timelines, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write to contact@luxoriq.com. We will resolve it. You will not have to argue for it.
