What we collect
Name, delivery address, email, phone number and order history — the information required to send you what you bought. Payment details are handled by our payment provider; we never see or store your card details.

To process your order, to reach you about it, and to answer you when you write.
Who we share it with
Only those who need it to complete your order: our production and fulfilment partner and the courier (they receive your name, delivery address and phone number; the production partner also receives your email address so that it can send you order-status updates), and our payment provider, Razorpay. We do not sell your data. We do not trade it. We do not share it for advertising.
How long we keep it
Order, invoice and accounting records are kept for the period GST law requires: until 72 months after the due date of the annual return for the year they relate to (section 36, CGST Act, 2017). Other information, such as messages you send us, is not kept longer than needed to answer you and resolve any issue.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep your cart and sign-in working and for security. A small first-party cookie set by WooCommerce records how you arrived at the site (order attribution). We use no advertising trackers and no third-party analytics.
Fonts and payment
Our typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, so your device’s IP address is sent to Google when a page loads. When you pay, the payment window is loaded from our payment provider, Razorpay.
