Returns, replacements & refunds
Pieces are made to order. If an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted or incorrect, write to us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs of the product and packaging, an unboxing video where available, and a brief description. The policy sets out what we can review.
