Orders
An order is confirmed when we accept it and send you a confirmation. We may decline an order — for example, if a piece is unavailable, or if a price has been listed in error — and where we do, you are refunded in full.
Pricing and tax
All prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable GST is charged as shown at checkout, and a tax invoice is issued with every order.
Product representation
We photograph our pieces to represent them honestly, without retouching that would misrepresent colour, fit or construction. Colour may still vary slightly between screens.
Intellectual property
The Luxoriq name, the crest, the wordmark and all content on this site belong to Luxoriq Brands. Trademark applications are on record. The marks are not yet registered, and are used as ™.
Your account
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity that takes place under it.
Acceptable use
You may not copy, resell or reproduce our content, photography or designs without written permission.
Limitation
We are responsible for delivering what you ordered, to the standard described. We are not responsible for delays caused by events outside our control — courier disruption, natural events, or actions of authorities — though we will always tell you what is happening and resolve what we can.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Rajasthan.
