Shipping Policy.
Dispatch and delivery
Every piece is made to order: it is produced after your payment is confirmed and then handed to the courier. We typically dispatch within 2–3 days of payment confirmation, and delivery within India typically takes a further 2–5 days, depending on the delivery method and your PIN code. These are indicative estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates: production can take up to 5 days, delivery up to 9 days, and PIN codes served only by the postal service can take up to 15 working days. Where the carrier provides tracking, you can ask us for the details at support@luxoriq.com; some deliveries, for example by the postal service, do not offer end-to-end tracking. You will be told by email when your order has been dispatched.
Shipping charge
Free on all orders of ₹4,999 and above.
Orders below ₹4,999 carry a flat shipping charge of ₹50.
Where we ship
Across India. We do not ship internationally yet.
If something goes wrong
If a parcel is delayed, arrives damaged, or does not arrive at all, write to support@luxoriq.com or call +91 8306060669. We will resolve it. You will not have to argue for it.
